13:19 UTC - Announcer with something about "European transmission" and station ID: KTVI followed by a PO Box in Minnesota for QSL;

If only someone would start relaying Radio Azteca shows again, the world would be perfect.

Emmanuel Goldstein, for those not in the know, was one of the guy's behind "2600", the infamous hackers 'zine. He had a regular show on WBCQ when it first started up.
