S3-5 Male robo voice with WX for North Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. NMN Chesapeake presumed. Found nothing on their schedule for this frequency. off ast 2241Z

The audio level is too low on the clip and the download option is "forbidden". From what little I could hear, it sounded like "Iron Mike".

There is mention of the US Coast Guard station NMG, New Orleans, on this frequency in Utility World column of the August 2012 issue of Monitoring Times.
