1345 Faint electronic airy instrumental music, I am actually receiving better on 6956 lsb but reception is so faint it is hard for me to tell frequency/band

Strong into N Alabama, playing the full album io "Merry Axemas, Vol 2" (I have this CD).  SSTV at around 1420, then off at 1421 UTC.
