0136 UTC OM said something about "pirate broadcast system...we are here on
Beauty? Pelee Island.....all sorts of stuff", then OFF
0139 UTC OM with ID, into unid C&W tune OM singer
0143 UTC OM with possible mention of "stupid Skipmuck" followed by possible ID of "Three Pelee Island Broadcasting System with phonetic spelling "P as in Papa Tango Lima Papa Echo Lima Echo Echo" then faded out or OFF again
(Signal is fading in and out of the noise....I'll listen back on my recording later)

I messed around with noise filtering and the graphic equalizer on the recording and the only thing I can make out for certain was "stupid Skipmuck"
(I was definitely way off on the ID, which was Pelee Island! My apologies to the op!)

I listened to your recording, I didn't hear him say 'stupid skipmuck" at all. Sounds like he said skipmunk at first then corrected himself.
The name of the station is Pelee Island Broadcasting System and said he's is on Pelee Island. That would sense why I couldn't hear him at all from here in Southern Ontario. Only able to hear him on a Vermont sdr

Thanks Peter, I removed my over-reactive comments...it still sounded like Stupid Skipmuck to me though. I'll revisit the recording.
Edit....Yes, I copied the phonetics wrong! It was Papa Echo Lima Echo Echo!
Edit 2...I still maintain that I am a stupid Skipmuck :) Perhaps....I never heard of Pelee Island before! Wikipedia time...
