Title: MEXICAN Peskies 6900 LSB 0022 UTC 8 JAN 2023
Post by: FelixChapel on January 08, 2023, 0027 UTC
Mexican unlicensed.  One guy op is like a net control in Jalisco.  Another station in Monterey.  Normal how you doing? happy new year to you and your family, un fuerte abrazo = big hug, 73.  Obviously radio amateurs or 11 meter ops looking for a night freq.  6900 LSB must be a regular meeting freq.

You might want to remove that "Land Of Crab's" remark, Felix? Baltimore has been the VD capital of the US for decades. Nothing like a big port city, lots of merchant sailors, and ladies of the evening to get those numbers up.

You used to hear a lot of PEMEX workers on the rigs in the Gulf on the old Maritime band above 6200. They would jam the Texan's and the Cajun's. That was fun as many of the Texan's spoke passable Spanish and Mexican's just love Texan's and visa-versa.

Monterrey. Home of the Mexican Baseball Hall Of Fame and many breweries. Have a Bohemia and enjoy the oil rig wars.

Thanks for the monitoring. I was curious who they were.  Descent signal into SW Michigan.

They were talking about getting some puta's earlier tonight. Funny stuff.

You can catch them nearly every night. There's a huge Mexican community in Chicago, CTR, you're far enough away from there to catch the signals going south and the ones beamed towards the north. Jalisco state started emptying out in the 1980's as people headed north for work. One of the guy's on here and I were talking about it a week or so ago. 6900 seems to be the "Casa Frequencia" for the folks from Jalisco and Western Mexico. The ones who grew up in the States use quite a bit of "Spanglish" so it's not hard to figure out what they're talking about.

They're talking about what they had for dinner tonight. One guy has an American accent and is getting yelled at for running over the net. Frequent mentions of Jalisco.
