Title: French Traffic Signal Control 31.325 MHz 31.6875 MHz and 31.975 MHz Heard In USA

I’ve managed to catch a polytone signal (sounds a lot like ROS) on 31.325 and 31.975. 

Apparently these are traffic signal (traffic light) control signals from France. Very low power.  Pretty decent catch during VHF low band opening.
