00:05 UTC - UNID weak barely readable. Good carrier and the audio is just starting to creap up over the noise with music;
00:10 UTC - Lost the carrier. It is now buried in the background and barley visible on the spectrum display.

00:05 UTC - UNID weak barely readable. Good carrier and the audio is just starting to creep up over the noise with music;
00:10 UTC - Lost the carrier. It is now buried in the background and barley visible on the spectrum display;
00:54 UTC - The carrier is starting to come back up. No audio at this time.

I think this was the Argentine Pirate AD149. I had it same time as well (2354-0010), got it quite strongly on a KiwiSDR in Brazil, then it suddenly left the air at 0010.

I have them at a listenable level on the KPH and KFS kiwiSDRs in California @ 0105 UTC. The signal is not strong but listenable.

You aren't putting the tilda on top, you are selecting a character with the tilda on top already.
If you are using Windows, find the Character map under Windows accessories on the Start menu.
Scroll though the map until you find n with a tilda on top. Select then copy.
Go back to whatever application you were using and paste it in.
