6950 khz USB, 21:10 UTC, very weak signal, SSTV, not enough signal to capture image.

It looks like You Know Who is sending a message for everyone to calm down? He was a Bodhisattva for those of you that didn't know it. It's nice that he sent a pic of where he's at these days and the one of Radio Bob's great-grandad was a nice gesture, too. He liked Bob, but thought he was a little odd.
