Post by: dxbill on January 27, 2023, 2204 UTC: Seems to be the tune to "Yellow Submarine" at S5-S6 here in Central Wisconsin. Now theme from "Star Trek" At 2211 signal up to S6-S7. Switched from Mystery Science Radio to Radio Gong at 2219.

Something about "another radio station for kids here" - rest unintelligible between noise and background. Music, ID, "radio station' then a variety of names repeated, 2217 - improved reception 34343 - atmospheric instrumental music, wound down and off 2229.

Started out poorly and improved after 2217 to poor - fair.

Post by: Pigmeat on January 27, 2023, 2349 UTC: Pat Murphy used to claim to be a "Radio God" when he was overmedicated, which was much of the time. I wonder if it's his birthday? He worked in the DC market which was the focus of the other station. We'll know for sure if You Know Who starts sending out tones designed to bother Bunnies. Pat wouldn't fool with SSB though, he was a Feedpoint of The Dipole AM man.
