I'm not sure what I'm hearing here - any ideas? I can't even identify the language. Google turns up no hits for broadcasters on this frequency, just Russian military.

Thanks! That explains why I wasn't able to ID the language - Kurdish isn't something I'd ever recognize.

Ditto....I ran across this a few days ago. checked all the frequency sources and, also. came up empty. ECSS on the R75 helped the speech audio but not enough to ID.

Please be aware of multi-stations on 17460 kHz., NOT just Denge Welat!! Ron

17460 khz @ 13:40 Z 22 March 23 both Denge Welat via Uzbekistan with talk programming battling equal signal strength / quality from the Turkish jammer out of Emirer with music both moderately weak but steady.
