You think they'd have them fixed after a year plus of being aware of it? I think it's in Jersey City, the repair crew might be too afraid to go there? A guy I knew son got stabbed to death by the front door of his building there, heading out to the corner store to get some soda about a decade ago. He was mistaken for another guy in a Dominican gang dust-up.

That thing has been broken for months... have lost track actually... just turn it off.
Anyway, nice catch from BC, 100 watts made it across the continent.
