I've heard this before, Cuban numbers on instead of RHC. I once tried to QSL it when I snagged a recording of DX'ers unlimited that turned into the attencion station. Not only did they not qsl but they stopped sending me New Years cards.
This one was parallel 5885. It used to be a big deal for me when i found Cuban number screwups like this but now ....meh..business as usual.

That's hilarious. And this spiteful behavior does not help U.S.-Cuban relations.

If they had a sense of humor, they'd send a QSL card with 5F groups instead of text.  Do they really think that no one knows its them?   ::)

Brother, that's beyond inept. 

I'd still like to boot them off 6165, frankly.  Three guesses why.
