5110 is WBCQ (http://www.wbcq.com), a licensed broadcaster in Monticello, Maine.  They run a pirate segment called "Area 51" (http://www.wbcq.com/?tag=area51), which features pirates from the U.S. and occasionally from Europe, such as the Radio Jamba International segment you heard.  Occasionally realtime or near-realtime simulcasts can be heard on 5110 AM and on one of the popular shortwave pirate frequencies between 6800-6955 kHz, usually in USB.
