I was looking arround for E07 and stumbeled across this mid transmission. I believe these to have been in English (EE) however they were accented so they could be letters or numbers in another langue. The signal was pretty good with no fading or interference. I have never heard E07 before so this could be it, However it sounded nothing like the recordings I have heard. I understand what I heard to be this:
139 19999 x1
139 139 139 99999 x10
ending in 99999 off at around 1920 or 1925ish
It was almost as if the 3 was being pronounced SHREE (UN SHREE NIEN .... NIEN NIEN NIEN NIEN NEIN ..Ect so maybe german?)
No recording.

This was S06, at this day & time on the 2'nd & 4'th week of the month. AKA "the Russian man" sent in H3E Carrier & USB
