Just signed on, OM talking, mentions of Erie Pennsylvania, packet radio repeater.  Sounds like someone is airing RadSurfer's rants (he's a troll on #wunclub on IRC).

barely audible, can just tell that it's talk in English, loads of lsb chatter covering it, even usb is little help (sounds distorted in usb)
