I can tell there is music there, but the Chinese OTHR on frequency, at S9, makes it pretty much impossible to ID the song.

OM talking at 1227. Music now at 1228 "Will It Go Round In Circles" by Billy Preston
1230 CW? very faint, less strong than the music was.

Checking the SDR recording, first noted at 1205 UTC.

Weak signal - could here the Op talking, but couldn't make out what was being said.  CW at end of tx.
