Title: Unidentified English Lady with 00000 on 6325 kHz on 14 Aug 2013 at 1845 UTC
Post by: ulx2 on September 21, 2013, 1242 UTC
Unidentified number station with a female voice, new for me, has been received on the frequency of 6325 kHz at 18.45 UTC approx. on 14th of August 2013 (received in AM mode). Transmission was in English language, consisted from 5-digit groups, each repeated two times, and finished with "930  930  15  15  0 0 0 0 0" chain at 18.47 UTC.

Signal was EXTREMELY STRONG here and almost without fade-outs and with some slight background hum. No one European pirate station has such strong and stable signal here usually.

Which NS that was? Reactivated E17, E17z or a new voice version of E06?

Short file with recording is attached to this message.

That is an awesome catch, I'm also interested in who this could be.  Thanks for sharing the recording.

It's there, Token, at least it's there for me.  Here's the link:

I was hoping you could shed some light on what/who this might be.  The op is in Kiev, so could be Russian?  Sounds like cold war stuff to me..very cool.
