Dueling Banjos riding on a weak signal from 0310z-0313z. 14341
Seemed like the op went off after, but I'm still hearing some other music too.

Also heard poor to fair.  Possibly multiple ops?

Details as others have posted.  Also heard "Hot Rod Lincoln".  0307 to 0308z heard YL with NATO phonetics.

SDR recording catch. 0300 sign on directly into music.
0307 E10 YL: ...DN ..XLY V.G.. PSADN LUXLY VQGK.    (. for missed letters, as it was mixed in with the music)

Fair to weak here, but definitely present.
