In english. Is 1997 khz even in a ham band? Copying clear here in nj

Didn't hear anything at 0038Z.

Its in the 160m ham band (1800-2000 kHz). As long as their audio is < 3kHz, they're good.

Some real dirty talk on 1900 khz lsb. 18+  ;) that's all I can say...

Sometimes ham's get frisky after a few. Common phenomenon on 80 ;)
