This isn't a ham band is it? Don't know what it is typing but anyone else copy it? Numbers station?

This IS in the 80 meter ham band.
Lots of digital stuff plus CW in this portion of the band.

As refmo said, this is a ham band, the 80 meter band to be specific. And it is the CW / data portion of the band. You can find near constant traffic across the entire section of the band at night. Keep in mind that other regions may use different band plans than the one I just posted, but they are all fairly close.

Thanks token! I'm not a ham yet but soon so im still getting to know where all the ham bands start and end.

Pretty much every time I look at those freqs as long as it is not mid day. Evenings and into the night all 5 of them seem to be pretty busy here.

W1AW (ARRL) CW bulletin freq is 3581.5Khz.
Transmitting from Newington, CT... ARRL HDQs.
BTW, 3580 is a national PSK freq, a warbling type tone.
