Audible here but not well enough to make out op talk & radio stuff. The music was quite clear & audible though.
Signal down to 6922.82 by the end. I'm glad I got to hear this. I've missed all other broadcasts. Good stuff. Thanks for brightening up my Sunday morning.

6923.1 AM SIO 353
Music and Radio calls from the Edmund as it tries to make it down bound on that fateful day.
Good Stuff. (reminds me of the show Dit Dah Radio did for the Titanic)
signal slowly drifting downward (eerily appropriate) towards 6922
myteaquinn- didn't know there was recordings of the ship to shore radio traffic. Wow this brings back memories. Really glad to be able to catch the show. Big thanks to whoever is airing this.

S9+20 here. Seems to be 6923 kHz?

Ragnar I'm not sure but I believe that it is the actual recording of the Coast Guard and the Arthur M. Anderson regarding the Edmund Fitzgerald.
Very interesting recording, being so near the great lakes there usually is a report on the anniversary and several years ago a local TV station and their I-Team played the recording.

Edmund Fitzgerald Radio, 6922.8 am. 45544. Nice S9 signal. First time hearing this too; I always missed it over the years.
1439z - Distress communication from the Edmund. Naming of the sailors. Twenty-nine sailors IIRC.
1442z - Edmund Fitzgerald Radio ID and address; Bell Tolls.

I agree, and that DDR show remains as one of my favorite pirate shows.
