WTPR popped up on 6930.6 KHz AM at around 1435 UTC. S8 signal, moderate fading. Strange monologue about radio, then talk about tire pressure, and what happens when various DXers neglect it. WTPR Tire Pressure Radio ID at 1443 UTC.

Noisy as hell here, but, then, it is always noisy as hell at my QTH.

Mostly "unusable;" occasionally "Poor."

Maybe I should move....
