Abner, although saying 6.927 is not wrong (assuming you mean MHz) it is more conventional when reporting stuff below 30 MHz to use kHz, not MHz, so it would be 6927. As a rule of thumb things above 30 MHz, in the scanner realm, are mostly reported in MHz, and below that in kHz.

Several things happening around this time/place noted on my review of my SDR recording. There were two instances of someone saying "does anyone copy" at around 0507 UTC on 6925 KHz USB then "Happy New Years" at 0508 UTC. There was also an SSTV transmission from KIKI starting around 0511 UTC, and simultaneously the pharmacy "crank call" started running on 6930 KHz USB.
