Title: 14002.5 khz LSB Male Russians

Not sure what this is might possible be some sort of pirate operation.

14002.5 KHZ LSB 1615 UTC Male Russian in QSO...  596 just above the noise level.

Strange because it was in LSB not USB...

Any ideas???
