2350 Man announcer talk between bits of polka song...clear ID as Radio Powerliner at 2351 UTC...new one for me!

2359 UTC Man announcer, polka, man announcer etc. ID and mention of "6305" at 0002 UTC March 3, 2014
{Seems to play a some polka music, stops and talks, then more music. Signal just above the noise here...the oom pa comes through good, but tough copy on the speech}
