Title: 17430 KYODO News FAX 2330z 03/08/2014

I saw a posting in a chat room for this station and thought I would give it a try. A Japanese news agency transmitting from Singapore. Not bad for a late Friday afternoon.

Thanks Marcel this was only the second or third FAX I decoded and I thought that it was just bad reception that caused the bad image. I'll have to experiment more.
