Fairly good signal this morning. The period is very long, about 48 to 50 seconds. I am not sure if this is intentional or not, but it transmits what sounds like a morse A, followed by a pause and then dit. So if intentional it is sending AE.

The final dit is higher in frequency, and may be unintentional. So perhaps it is really sending A?

This guy is back, heard today, 18 May 2014, at 1500z.
Still going as I type this at 1625z.
