YL w/ 4-digit number groups; modulation was reported on short-wave.info as H3E but it appears to be in AM; off @ 1230; more audible than yesterday; short-wave.info also gives a xmtr site and power but not sure how accurate it is; pwr said to be 10kw; SIO 151-252.
