Polytones hrd until 1403; according to Priyom.org and Enigma 2000, this is some type of "diplomatic" code; mode is identified as J1D (digital USB); weaker but a reasonably good signal from my SW Idaho QTH; video includes both intercepts from SW Idaho and the Netherlands.
