Presidential speeches. No SWBC scheduled here, so maybe a pirate?

Weak here, perhaps S1.

Well however it is a nice signal here. Only S3 but very little noise.
Played FDR's last speech to congress.

Very nice S7 signal here with JFK speech; "...riding the back of the tigah..."
It's his inaugural address.
The program seems to be a replay of some documentary about presidential speeches.
1555 the JFK Inaugural Address repeated.

Noticed this signal on air about 1515 UTC, was probably on before that.  Appears to be about 20 minutes or so of JFK and FDR speeches looped.  Peaked at about S8 here but about S5 for the majority of the transmission.

Off 2016:25 UTC, mid word in the JFK portion of the loop.

Just tuned into JFK speaking the famous phrase "ask not....". Good signal at 1939z.
Audio seems a bit muffled, but perhaps that's the old speech recordings.

Have this station at 1944z at S5. Could ID Kennedy before but can't tell who the next President is.

Strong signal here with static crashes and data burst interference - 51334 (+20dB over S9)

Presidential speeches. Sounds like a recorded documentary.

1949z - JFK speech starting (again)
2001z - Franklin Delano Roosevelt speech starts (again)
2010z - looping back to JFK
2014z - off air suddenly

I didn't hear this myself but upon seeing these logs I recalled that something like this was heard last year. Searching through the archives I found this:

Possibly related?

Edit: this freq has also been referenced in previous ditter/dasher frequency lists.
