Noting this now with moderate strength.  Two nights ago this was very strong here at about this time.

Is this what I am hearing now on 6945 USB from 0205-0245 UTC on JUN 12?
~97 pips/min with no change of tone noted.

Yes, that is Link 11 TADIL.  It is on 6947 kHz and in ISB, so covering roughly 6944 to 6950 kHz.

For those that have never seen or heard Link 11 before the sound can vary significantly.  The rate, cycle pattern, and even basic waveform can all change.  While this example is in ISB (uses both USB and LSB, potentially seperate data in each) you will also see it in DSB (same data both sidebands) and in SSB, most often USB but can be LSB.

The take away here is that this is not the only way Link 11 can sound.
