Title: UNID 6960 LSB 0359 UTC JULY 27, 2014
Post by: Skipmuck on July 27, 2014, 0410 UTC
I'm hearing a distorted signal here...hard to tune but definitely LSB. Sounds like a TV program or something with bits of music and a man talking. Signal off and on. Still on as of 0408 UTC. Time to hit the sack, so i will leave recorder running and hopefully someone can ID this? S5 and well above the noise.

Decent signal here in heavy static crashes with bits of different music genres, announcements, etc. On & off the air a lot. A couple different announcements in Spanish. I'm thinking this is a pescadore broadcast

Thanks for the tip!
Andrew

Noted on the SDR recording. It does sound pescadore related. Some of it is EE, however.
