Massive S9+25 carrier with very low modulation.  OM talk, but cannot make it out.

0058 Seems to be ESPN Radio?  Reviewing the audio, I was hearing a promo for ESPN Insider
0100 off
0102 back on doing a HAARP imitation
0115 off

Got the carrier as well. Very strong. Hear no audio but it's probably someone warming up the tx for a show to start at 0100.

Just shut off at 0100z.

Catching it here also with a big S15 signal and what sounds like a 1000Hz ??? tone being sent.

This sounds a lot like what I was hearing there about a month ago. Monster carrier and a 1000 khz. audio tone. Lasted all of five minutes and it was gone.

SDR recording catch.

Carrier came up at 0048, off at 0100.
Back on at 0102 with some sort of a digital signal
Off at 0115.

About an S9+10 here.

I have been hearing this tone today (Aug 10) since 0022.  Don't know if it ever went off the air this evening.  It is just a steady continuous tone.
