Sounds like an FSK (RTTY) signal to me. It might be a STANAG xxxx (1241  maybe...I can't recall that designation)  station. I can't tell without firing up my SDR and seeing it in the waterfall. I left my SDR IQ at the little womans QTH.

My wife was asleep...that precluded me running audio for comparison....

I've noticed RTTY (FSK) here off and on in the past, and it was present all last night on the SDR recording. It's about the same strength as the Link-11 that is found here, so perhaps the transmitter QTH is the same.

STANAG 4481 FSK, 850 Hz shift, with KG-84 frames and encrypted.  While many people call this RTTY, and it looks and sounds just like old RTTY, it is not really RTTY anymore, but a true data transfer protocol that never hits or originates from a teletype.

Both the bearing and the signal level are consistent to be the same source as the Link 11 seen on freq.  While not the only users the US Navy or USCG are the most likely source.

T!
