No positive ID heard
1030 - First noticed carrier, S/On - no time pips noticed here
into program by OM & YL definitely an Oriental language, music
1100 - time pips and S/Off - QRT
............
1114 - First noticed carrier, S/On - no time pips noticed here
1115 - into OM and YL talking
1136 - an Oriental vocal type song by YL
OM & YL talking with assorted music
1200 - what sounded like ..."This is the Voice of... ...the Sound of Hope..." in English
1200 - time pips and S/Off - QRT
The second program sounder better, as complete daylight was starting to take over.
Glad I caught these.

Checked this per EiBi, and SOH has been using this frequency in Mandarin.
