1724 recheck on sev of the freqs sez they are off now.
I was scanning other bands, and I don't have a solid time for QRT.

rgr. Here is a table of some of the past activity I have logged. I have a more current version of this locally, but this is the most recent I have online. Note the frequencies used on July 3, 2014, and April 18, 2012, it is the same distribution as the ones you reported (also note there is a very definite pattern to them). That list might help you find more freqs if you happen to see them again.

Thanks, T!
Got it bookmarked, and will make a copy of the page later. Gotta admit I lost time in hunting through HFU posts for lists, so this will be very handy.

This evening I will try to remember to put up a more current version. It will be at the same URL.

Noting:
1846z tune in to 1857 off
.125/3.75? (weak and hard to measure)
11280
11460
12180
12720
12900
13080
1857z - 1939ish
.062/3.0
11490
11660
11830
12010
12190
13130
14580
Still on as of 1822z
this group was decidedly stronger than the first group
as of 1940, it appears that the first group is back on, still weak
I have some mortar mix waiting for me...

Yeah j, the set that includes the freq 14580 kHz was off about 1940 UTC. In the past it has not been uncommon for this netowrk to flop back and forth between frequency sets. I never did hear the other freq set today, but while the network was active all I had avalable was my mobile while at work.
From 1916 to 1940 UTC the frequencies I heard active (0.0625 x 3.0 format):
13130
14580
15710
16680
17700
18450 (possible, interference made it so I was never 100% sure)
19070

OK, the Pips table has been updated. Unfortunately it is getting quite large now so I am going to have to find a different way to display the data.
