Title: HM01 Loud and clear on 9065 0831 UTC

Started with very strong carrier around 0820 and one just had that feeling that it was our former V02 friends...  Started with a bunch of different numbers for a few minutes, then into numbers with data transmissions. Pause/stop at 0850, still with strong carrier. Carrier off at 0856.

And here she is again, not a great signal, but on right now, 0805z.
