Music and someone speaking over it in Spanish. Have not been able to get an ID. Just a SW broadcast station? I've not heard one here before.
S6 here.

We call these pescadores, or peskies, or short. They are fishermen. You'll often hear a mix of talk and music.

Ok, thanks. So the music is what is playing in the background and is just picked up incidentally as a fisherman is transmitting to another fisherman, or someone back home?

Sometimes they purposely play music, presumably to each other.

They undoubtedly hear the pirate shows going on around them and are just swept up into the madness!
