12/10/09, 6925 USB, 1445-1506 UTC: Radio Ga-Ga w/ SSTV (no copy here), cello strings versions of various Metallica songs.  Very weak at first, signal picked up significantly after 1500z.
1507z: After RGG closing ID, shout-out from Outhouse Radio op.
