Title: I just got, for free, a Hammurlund SP-400-X Receiver!

....and it is heavy as hell. Hooked up a speaker, no sound. But I found the manual online, so I am reading over it. Hope I can get it to work! It does power on, so that is good.

Find someone with a working tube tester and check them all.  I would also check and be sure your B+ is present in all the places it should be.  Good Luck!
