At one point, this station was split off Nordic Wind by 1KHz...
I was able to parse the 2 signals using ECSS...

Signal came up at 0259 UTC on 6924.2ish with "What Condition My Condtion Is In"-Kenny Rogers & First Edition...Insane Radio perhaps?

Very strong here on the SDR recording. I too would guess Insane Radio.
