Sounds like War of the Worlds. Possibly World War 2 newsreel? S6 here amidst the band noise. 30's or 40's tune lady singer at 0008 UTC, email address I didn't catch, then what sounds like Winston Churchill..."This Is London Calling"...hmmm

0014- sounds like a Winston Churchill speech
0015- patriotic type music
0018- ID "This Is Germany Calling" and an email address
0019- marching music with flutes fife and drums
0021- OM talking can't make it out
0024- maybe London Calling? and mentioned "Charge Of The Light Brigade"
0025- OM reading a poem
0026- definite London Calling ID and an email then a bit of SSTV?
