Had station at s9 +10 at 2259z. OM talking about Taylor Swift and then the station signed off right in the middle of him talking.

Fair strength with some noise and fading.  Overall, poor to fair in Wyomissing.

Started an hour later on 18 August.  Is this a regular, weekly program on 6950?
