Thanks JFarley! I tuned to 6930 LSB and it's good copy! Wonder why it sounded garbled :D
0009 UTC UNID song...signal has a bit of flutter fade to it...
0010 UTC Transmission breaks and off at 0011...

I should delete this post.....

This is from pescs on 6930 LSB.  At least here in Chicago that is the case.

caught them here didnt catch the s-meter
they seemed to switch to usb after a bit
