Hello! I'm Hector Miguel Perez Gomez from Ciudad Madero, Tamaulipas, Mexico and I received this strange broadcast in 6317 kHz USB (in the video my radio was tuned to 6315 kHz).
Searching on the web, I found that this station is the coastal radio station WLO from Mobile, Alabama, USA. I received it in a Tecsun PL-660 from my location at 23:54 UTC, Friday October 16th, 2015. Here's a video I recorded. Please answer my question. I want to know what station is.
