Feb 21 heard V24 with nice signal here in California at *1500 on 4900 khz., with
an open carrier noted as early as 1457. Opening song - Chohon (Spiritualism)
by Yunjeong Jang. My audio at  https://goo.gl/wGGcm8  Had some audio hum
during the numbers. Nice music !
