I moved this thread to the Spy Numbers forum because what you have here is Cuban station M08a. This station has a regular schedule starting at 1400 on 8096 kHz.
The 5 letter groups are really 5 number groups, using cut numbers. NNWTA = 99501 and DWTNN = 35099.

sat_dxer is correct, M8 is thought to use the 5F cut numbers key he provided here, where I grabbed the wrong list and used an international cut numbers list to decode the two groups I provided. What makes that confusing is that there are at least three versions of the "international" cut numbers list, one using E = 5, one using 5 = 5, and another using the same W = 5 as listed above.
I am not sure what kind of proof exists that M8 uses that particular key, but that is the one most commonly, and historically "documented" (to the extent things are documented with numbers stations), as associated with this station.
