Title: 3QZ 14.398.5 Mhz

Hearing encrypted message traffic on 14.398.5 USB in military style format, typically 30 character groups, repeated twice.  ID as "Three Quebec Zulu".  Multiple messages in sequence.  Strong signal in N. Illinois.

Also found similar messages being transmitted on 10.673.5 USB signing callsign "Alpha Eight Charlie"  Strong signal to N. Illinois.   Not simulcast, different voice.

What time in UTC were these logged?  Clearly American and just above the amateur radio band too, years ago there was quite a lot of MARS activity above 14.350MHz plus some other funny goings on too.  Have noted both frequencies and will check from time to time but a logging time would be nice... ::)

I first heard them at 1700Z just prior to my first post, and they continued that entire day untl 0000 or so.  Nothing heard since so presumably it was a one-day exercise.   At times there were two stations transmitting simultaneously, both human non-synth voices.
