Title: Blue Dragon Radio Europirate Testing on 9315 Khz Mar/28/16 @ 1222 UTC

Just received an Email message from Blue Dragon Radio advising they were currently Testing on 9315 Khz. I can see a Carrier on the Waterfall of the ELAD, but so far haven't pulled out any Audio.

  Nothing here: 9315 kHz 1243 Z, still 20 mins before greyline.

I hear it, but not well. VOA Deewa Radio is too strong on 9310. :(

9320 is better now. :)
