While hunting for spies last night caught the tail end of some anthem type music on this frequency - I parked my receiver on 8728 tonight and caught the whole tx:
Radio Monaco 8728khz USB 0458z-0504z 03-18-10 in both French & English

I would never of guessed these guys were a weather outfit by the intro & outro :)
